The app allows you to complete your order anywhere and anytime without having to stand in the queue. The customer has easy access to the daily menus and has access to all the detailed information about the daily specials, such as nutrition information.
When ordering the food or drinks, the customer is able to pay directly so that there is no need to stand in the queue. This makes bringing money to the coffee bar unnecessary. The push notification lets the customer know when there order is ready – the customer is free to choose a pick up time of his preference. Once the customer arrives to pick up his order, he may go to the ‘fast lane’. With a simple scan, which confirms the customer’s order, he is now ready to enjoy his food and drink!
